Our no lemon guarantees are designed to protect you against major breakdowns on the critical comfort system components, including:
Heat Exchanger: If the heat exchange fails on your new furnace within ten (10) years of installation, we will replace the entire furnace absolutely FREE. Ask your comfort consultant for details.
Air Conditioner/Heat Pump: If the compressor fails on your new air conditioner or heat pump twice within five (5) years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit absolutely FREE. Ask your Cool Today comfort consultant for details.
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to two (2) years after installation, Cool Today will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.
If your new comfort system fails to perform optimally for up to two (2) years after installation, Cool Today will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. And, if we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, Cool Today will replace the system with a new system of equal value absolutely free!
Cool Today will repair or replace all comfort system components if the equipment fails as a result of a manufacturer’s defect within ten (10) years of installation. Available upon request.
