Client Service Representative

Location: Sarasota, Florida, United States

DESCRIPTION

ONLY INDIVIDUALS WITH A BACKGROUND IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT, DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS NEEDS VIA THE PHONE NEED APPLY.

Could potentially make $30,000 or more per year.

  • Outbound calling to customers to schedule their pre-paid service inspections. 
  • Assure that all customer communications are answered in a consistent, timely and courteous manner.
  • Create and update reports.
  • Assure that all customer issues are successfully resolved.
  • Ability to work in a TEAM environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and Sundays as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of Customer Service / Call Center experience.
  • Knowledge of Successware 21 a plus.
  • Capable of learning new technology applications.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
